We train people for more than 9,000 hours each year, involving every department of the company.
More than 140 operators have been trained to upgrade the production competences. More than 19,000 training hours have been provided for the use of the new machines for the production of extra-large slabs.
The aim of our Master in Florim is to prepare new professional roles by means of a single training programme.
The attendance of new graduates from different universities, with time and time devoted to on-the-job learning, has led to exceptional results: Master in Florim allowed us to hire the 80% of the participants in various areas of the company.
For years, Florim has been concerned with what happens in the architectural world and organises different meeting with professionals of this sector at its own showroom in Milan, at the headquarter and through external partnership thanks to the collaboration with architect associations.
Seminars and training meetings
Among the training activities, Florim decided to deepen what concerns the laying and the uses of ceramic surfaces organising seminars for architects, workshops for surveyors and courses for installers.
Higher Education Courses
Florim is the official partner of many Higher Education Courses by Poli.Design, the Consortium of Polytechnic of Milan that deals with postgraduate education.
An international benchmark in the field of design and architecture, Poli.Design acts as an interface between universities, companies, and professional organizations, through innovative training and research programmes.
