The Casamood glass mosaic becomes protagonist of a work realised by the artist Luca Pancrazzi: Alta Definizione is the view of a metropolitan panorama interpreted considering the mosaic tesserae like the pixel of a digital photographic machine. Moving away from the image, it acquires greater definition to the eye of the spectator; the closer it gets, the more the borders become undefined, the shapes are lost, the image vanishes. An installation that was presented in two contexts: at a space in Zona Tortona during the FuoriSalone in Milan (April 2006) and in an ex warehouse of the Design District, temporary space set-up for the occasion, during the contemporary art show Miami Beach Art Basel (December 2006).
